Raised where the land stretches to the sky, our Lamb is mild, delicious, tender and nutritious.

Grass Fed & Finished Lamb is a superbly healthy meat which is:

• High in Omega 3 & 6 Fatty Acids - essential for heart and brain health

• High in CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) - potent defense against cancer

• Rich in Lutein - protects eye health

• High in Vitamin E

• Low in Fat & Cholesterol but Higher in Protein

We raise registered Katahdin hair* sheep, that roam freely as nature intended, at our 372 acre ranch in Salem, Missouri. They are born and raised (under the watchful eye of 5 Great Pyrenees dogs), on clover laden pasture that is free of herbicides and chemicals. We never use insecticides or pesticides. Our fly spray is Lavender infused water! They receive no growth hormones or antibiotics, and live a happy, stress free life.

* Hair sheep do not grow wool thus require no shearing. They grow a winter coat like a dog or horse and then shed it out during the spring. Since there is no wool there is no lanolin flavoring the meat. Hence our Lamb is milder tasting without a gamy flavor.

Cherry - Great for Breakfast or Brunch. Try simmering these in Apple Cider!

Mushroom & Swiss Cheese - Great on a hoagie with condiments of your choice.

Sun-Dried Tomato - Try this in a scrambled egg skillet.

Garlic Butter - A classic pairing - good anytime.
